Megan Goes To Disney!

Hi Everyone,

Mom and Dad decided to take me to meet "the mouse" and to see some awesome fireworks over at this place called "Disney World".  Mom has been mentioning it since I was in her belly... so I was pretty excited to check it out.  Well, it didn't disappoint! 

We got to see a really fun dancing street parade, and ride the Buzz Light Year ride, and saw some beautiful fireworks for the 4th of July celebration.  I really had an awesome time and I can't wait to get back over there!

Beach Time!

We had a really awesome beach weekend down in Anna Maria Island.  Some friends came down and Megan just had a blast for her first weekend in the fun and sun!  Check out the pictures and videos below to see all the fun!

3 Months Already?!?!

Hey Everyone!

Wow, how time has flown by these last few weeks.  I know it's been a while since I updated everyone but it's been a busy time around Boddiford.com :-)  I've been on so many adventures it's hard to document them all, but I'll try and recap a few of the adventures that mom and dad have taken me on lately.

I took my first trip to the Aquarium and had a wonderful time checking out all the fun fish and taking some fun pictures! I had so much fun that I decided to see if Great Grandma and Grandpa wanted to go back! Mom and Dad had fun strolling me around and I can't wait to go back again.  You can click here to check out all the great pics.

Easter was also a fun time, I got some really fun presents and got to hang out with my family... and I got to dress up all pretty for the day!  Dad got a little crazy with the picture taking, but everyone seemed to enjoy it :-)  You can click here to see all the fun pictures that Dad took.

We also had some Easter Fun at the Hunter's Green Easter Egg Hunt in the park.  I met some new friends and got to hang with some favorites too... my neighbor Cade and Mommy's friend Amy brought Lawson so we had a really fun time.  You can click here to see the pics from the Hunter's Green egg hunt!

So the other big event that I was able to get out to was my first ever Major League Baseball Game!  Oh man, was this a great day... Grammy and GrandDude took the day off work to go with mom and dad and I to check out a Braves spring training game.  We made the short hop over to Disney's Wide World of Sports for the game.  Let me tell ya, IT WAS HOT!!  So after the first inning I decided to check out the shade on the lower concourse :-)

So everyone spent some time with me and then watching the game and we all had a great time.  I also got a SWEET laser engraved wood bat to remember that awesome day.  I can't WAIT to get to my next MLB game, hopefully the next game is in the air conditioning at Tropicana so I can cheer on my Rays!  As you can see, I was POOPED at the end of the day :-)

Car Rides and Doctors and Needles OH MY!

Howdy everyone,

Whew, what a busy few weeks it's been. Sorry I haven't blogged that much lately but BOY is it a lot crazier out of that womb! Visitors are always dropping by to say hello and I've even been taking more trips in the "car". It's really fun to see Daddy drive so carefully when I'm in the car with him. Mom usually sits in the back with me and keeps me company and we have fun looking at all the things moving around us.

One trip we took in the car was to the Doctor's office for my 1 month checkup. I gained a whole 2 pounds since I was born! 9 pounds already!!  The Doctor was very proud of my growth and said I was in the 88th percentile for height and the 30th percentile for weight. Not sure what all that means... but mommy and daddy said i'm going to be tall and skinny... they seemed happy about that :-)

Then the Doctor had to go and ruin my exciting trip by sticking me in the leg with this needle! OUCH!!! I was a big girl and only cried for a minute... but I did get a cool Daffy Duck band-aid out of the deal. Mom and Dad were upset they couldn't take me for an ice cream to make me feel better. They keep talking about ice cream, I can't wait to try that stuff!

Let's see, what else is going on.... Grandpa and Daddy gave me a bath when we went out for Mom's birthday dinner at their house.  Grandpa and I had a great time getting all clean!  I've been checking out more of the things around me as my neck gets stronger. I'm looking all around and almost ready to push myself up it seems. Mom and Dad get REALLY excited when I do that, it's fun to tease them!  It's so fun to see all these older people talking to me like I'm some kind of baby... all this goo goo and gaah gaah stuff is just hilarious.  I wonder if they know how silly they sound.  

Check out the cute outfit Mommy got me to go to my first Baseball game in! We're going with Grammy and GrandDude over to Disney in a few weeks to see the Braves play.  Mom apparently loves the Braves, they sound like a cool team so I'm going along with the whole thing... I mean what the heck, I got a cute outfit outta the deal right!?!?

So it's basically back to the daily grind for me.  You know, Eating, Pooping, Sleeping... pretty much the norm these days.  Check out some of the pictures attached... I think Dad is going to put up a video link too...
